• Remove zoning roadblocks that discourage building in Fairbanks

• Maintain and repair streets and sidewalks including winter maintenance

• Prepare our aging infrastructure for a changing climate

• Improve pedestrian & bicycle facilities and ADA accessibility in the downtown core

Revitalize Downtown 

• Get stalled improvement projects moving to bring jobs—without raising taxes

• Remove roadblocks downtown that are hurting revenue for local businesses

• Prove to visitors that downtown Fairbanks is vibrant, cultural and open for business

• Start projects that link downtown to the rest of Fairbanks and prioritize locals and visitors 

• More year-round events in public spaces, simpler permitting and improved maintenance
